A.Yes! Our space is curated and filled with props and decor that have been chosen to work well together. All of these items in the studio space are available for your use.

A.We do not set the studio up specifically for any shoots but know that the studio is left in an orderly fashion between rentals. We have a variety of props and decor that can be rearranged for very different looks. Please plan on spending time customizing the space to work best for your shoot. You will also need to leave the space in good shape afterwards so consider that time in your planning as well.

A.Morning light streams directly into our windows so depending on cloud coverage and your style you may need to diffuse the light with the window sheers. Afternoon is typically the softest light.

We also have a wall of led light panels that can mimic window light. The switch for the window light is located low to the floor behind the sheer curtains.

A.Yes! We encourage our rental to utilize our stock photos and videos to advertise your upcoming bookings. Whenever possible please tag @theannapolisstudio when you use our content.

A.Our wooden posing platform doubles as a bed for your next shoot. We have a neutral quilt and pillows available for use.

A.Typically you can only book out up to 90 days in advance. Our studio changes periodically. This way you’ll be aware of any changes. Please be aware that some dates may be held and release at a later time and some dates may have a a full day minimum which are all at the studio discretion.

A.No more than 10 people at one time in the studio unless approved by the studio.

A.Prime seasonal dates are limited to 8 hour rentals to ensure that our community of photographers that want to book mini sessions are able to. These dates will open up first with full day options then as we get closer anything remaining may open up with shorter rental options.
