Booking
Photographers must complete our booking request form to be added to our files and receive access to our password-protected calendar. Only photographers—not clients—may book the space.
Rental Policies
Your rental starts and ends at the scheduled time. All setup and cleanup must occur within your booking. Please wipe surfaces, sweep, and leave the studio as you found it to help keep rates low.
Payment & Changes
Full payment is required at booking and serves as a non-refundable retainer. Changes made 72+ hours before your rental can be rescheduled for a $25 fee.
Rates
Rentals start at $115 for 2 hours. Single-hour rentals are not available.
2025 Rates
TWO HOURS - $115
FOUR HOURS - $225
EIGHT HOURS - $445
FULL DAY - $600
