Hi Friends! It’s me Jen, the founder of The Annapolis Studio and the owner of Loft Haven Farm.

Over the years I have renovated many spaces from photography studios to wedding venues and even airbnbs. Loft Haven Farm is the culmination of years of experience with creative uses in mind. Sometimes I’ll call this space a campus or even a photo farm but mostly it’s a photographers dream. I’m looking forward to offering uses of this phenomenal space to local creatives.

Loft Haven Farm is located in the Historic Lower Marlboro neighborhood of Owings, MD along the Patuxent River. Conveniently located minutes to rt 4 and just 45 minutes south of Target in Annapolis. This property is a photographer’s paradise. On site you’ll find two barns, a garden shed, a vintage window greenhouse, a vintage camper, an old ford truck, and two gorgeous studio spaces. We are surrounded by farms that specialize in livestock or flowers. Our space is always evolving and changes as the seasons change. There is always something new around here.

Periodically we’ll open up our space for styled sessions. Because this is my home and my personal studio space Loft Haven Farm is typically not available for hourly rentals. Use will be limited styled session dates only However if you are interested in hosting a workshop or styled shoot at Loft Haven Farm please each out and this will be considered on a case by case basis.
