Over the last 4+ years we have enjoyed hosting local photographers in our different spaces. We’ve watched many photographers blossom in their business. We’re thrilled that our space can be a tool for growth and a trusted space to bring your clients. Please reach out with any questions as you plan your upcoming sessions.
Booking & Pricing
The Annapolis Studio can be rented in 2, 4, & 8 hours increments only.
Full Studio* - Two Hours - $115 ||| Four Hours - $225 ||| Eight Hours - $445 ||| Full Day - $600
Photographers must fill out our booking request form so we can have their information on file and to gain access to our password protected calendar. Photographers must book the space and not the clients.
Rentals begin at your scheduled time and not a moment sooner. The rental ends when you walk out of the space. All set up and clean up time must be done during your scheduled rental. To keep our rates low we ask that you wipe surfaces and leave the space as you found it and broom swept.
Full payment is due at the time of booking. Your payment is a retainer that holds your time slot on our calendar. This payment is non-refundable. Booking change requests made 72 hours or more before your scheduled time slot will be allowed to reschedule for a $25 fee.

ALL GROUPS OVER 10 MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE BOOKING
BOOKINGS BEYOND 90 DAYS ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNLESS APPROVED BY THE STUDIO.
SOME DATES MAY BE RESTRICTED TO 8 HR OR FULL DAY RENTALS ONLY THIS IS AT OUR DISCRETION.
OUR SPACE IS CURATED WHICH MEANS THAT IT CHANGES REGULARLY WHICH IS WHY WE DO NOT BOOK BEYOND 90 DAYS. IF THERE IS SOMETHING IN THE STUDIO YOU REALLY WANT FOR YOUR SESSION PLEASE CONFIRM BEFORE BOOKING.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY BOOKINGS.

We are happy to share our collection of approved stock photos and videos with you. These photos can be posted on social media, on your website, or used in advertisements for your sessions.
